Woocommerce Groups Pricing Documentation

INSTALLATION

Backup

Backup your WordPress installation files and database.

Install and activate the Woocommerce Group Pricing plugin

Add the new plugin you have received and activate it:

Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload and click the Browse… button to select the plugin’s zip file, usually woogrouppricing-x.y.z.zip (x, y and z are the plugin’s current version numbers).

After that proceed to activate the plugin.

SETUP

Requirements

This plugin requires:

  • Woocommerce > 2.2.x
  • Group > 1.4.x
  • Setup Woocommerce Group Pricing

    If you have not done so already, install and activate the plugin. See Installation section.

    Check the settings on the Woocommerce > Group Pricing submenu and adjust them.

    Product Discount Method:

    You can select between rate or amount method.

    Apply to:

    You can apply the discount to regular price or to sale price if exists.

    If in several groups:

    If the user is in multiple groups, you can select a criterial to select the discount group.

    Groups discount:

    This discount is applied for each product.

    Leave empty if no group discount should be applied (default setting).

    Example with rate method: Indicate 0.1 for 10% discounts on every product.

    More features:
    If you need to apply custom discounts per categories and/or products, you can do it in the edit category/product page.

    UPDATE

    If you have received or downloaded an updated version of the Woocommerce Group Pricing plugin, follow these
    instructions to update it:

    Back up your WordPress installation files and database.

    Upgrade to the new release

    Upgrading requires to replace the plugin.

    To update, the plugin must be deactivated, deleted and the new release uploaded and activated. These
    are the steps involved:

    • Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins, click Deactivate on the Woocommerce Group Pricing plugin, then click Delete to remove it.
    • Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload and click the Browse… button to select the new release’s zip file, and click on the Install Now button. After it has been installed, activate the plugin.

    BASIC USAGE

    Once the plugin is installed, enabled and configured, it begins to run.

    According to the group that belongs the visitor will see a store with discount prices or not, so you can set direct discounts to wholesales, Premium users, ….

    An example according to the below settings:

Backup

Install and activate the plugin

Add the new plugin you have received and activate it:

Setup WordPress Media from Instagram

You only need your Instagram username and the access token.

Basic usage


Once the plugin is installed, enabled and configured, it begins to run.

In Media -> Media Instagram menu you can see your Instagram images.

Only one step is needed:

1.- Select the images you can upload and click “Upload to Media”.

That is all in your WordPress Media already are the images available.

Installation


Backup

Backup your WordPress installation files and database.

Install and activate the Affiliates plugin

If you have not done so already, install and activate the Affiliates plugin. You can use Affiliates or Affiliates Pro or Affiliates Enterprise.

To install it automatically:

Log in on your site with your administrator account. From your Dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New,
input “Affiliates” (without the quotes) in the search field located besides the Search Plugins button, click
the button and locate the Affiliates plugin by itthinx in the results.

Click the Install Now link for that plugin and confirm that you want to install the plugin.

Once the plugin has been downloaded and installed, confirm that you want to activate it.

To install it manually:

You can also download the Affiliates plugin to install it manually. Visit
http://www.itthinx.com/plugins/affiliates and locate the download link.

Once you have downloaded the plugin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload and click the Browse…
button to select the plugin’s zip file and click on the Install Now button.

After you have installed the Affiliates plugin, proceed to activate it.

Install and activate the Affiliates2Mailchimp plugin

Add the new plugin you have received and activate it:

Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload and click the Browse… button to select the plugin’s zip file (normally under ‘plugin’ folder), usually affiliates2mailchimp-x.y.z.zip (x, y and z are the plugin’s current version numbers).

After that proceed to activate the plugin.

Setup Mailchimp

Create an account in newsletter service Mailchimp.

Create and get Mailchimp’s API Key. In your account menu, “Api Keys & Authorized Apps” submenu.

We must create a List and a Group, where the system will create the subgroups.

MailChimp is ready !, now we need setup the plugin.

Setup Affiliates2Mailchimp

If you have not done so already, install and activate the Affiliates2Mailchimp plugin. See Installation section.

Check the settings on the Affiliates -> Affiliates2Mailchimp page and adjust them.

Mailchimp Subscribers

When a new affiliate is created (manually or automatically), then Mailchimp create a new subscriber to the List / Groups / Subgroup setup.

When an affiliate is deleted, Mailchimp unsubscribe this user to the List / Groups / Subgroup setup.

When an affiliate is updated, Mailchimp’s subscriber is edited if exists, else subscribe this affiliate.

Synchronize

When you synchronize, all existing affiliates are subscribed in Mailchimp service, if they don’t exist.

This is used once at the beginning, then everything is automatic.

Setup Mailchimp

Create an account in newsletter service Mailchimp.

When you create a website’s group, a Mailchimp’s subgroup is created.

When you delete a website’s group, the Mailchimp’s subgroup is deleted if exists.

When you edit a website’s group, the Mailchimp’s subgroup is edited if exists.

Mailchimp Subscribers

When you add a website’s user to a group, then Mailchimp create a subscriber to this subgroup.

When you delete a website’s user of a group, Mailchimp unsubscribe this user of this subgroup.

When you edit a website’s user, Mailchimp’s subscriber is edited if exists, else subscribe this user.

Synchronize
